Final Update
We got back from Uncle Mac's memorial service Wednesday night. Thank you so much for your prayers! This was all very sudden, as nobody was aware that he had cancer at all. Pancreatic cancer is generally undetectable until the last minute. The last time we had seen him, a few months ago, he was extremely healthy. The "suddenness" of his death has been very tough on his family, so please continue to pray for them.
I put the parenthesis around suddenness because, although it may seem sudden to us, he was called home at just the right time to God.

Amen Sara; it is so true that even when a death seems sudden to us, it was in God's perfect timing. Ultimately, we just have to put our trust in God, and know that His ways are perfect and definitely not our ways or thoughts. I will continue to pray!
